Before hand I looked online but had to see the product in person. Very easy to find the bed of my DREAMS. The welcome you receive at the door was spot on, instruction of social distancing was very clear. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about all products in store

We waited outside due to social distancing for about 10 mins, as requested by clear signs in the windows. We were greeted by Joe who was really helpful, very knowledgeable and considerate. He give us lots of advice and plenty of time to try out all the different mattresses we were interested in. He then recommended a different mattress after a helpful conversation, we tried it and thought it was actually the best of all those we tried and had read about online and bought the one he recommended, which we probably wouldn’t have even looked at if Joe hadn’t recommended it. He left the decision totally up to us and there was no pushy sales process at all during our visit which we appreciated.
