The member staff called karolynne were very helpful, pleasant and patient, very abliging, and friendly, also made you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble even when changed our mind

I wanted a new bed for my son. The store manager spoke to my son asking questions about what sort of bed he wanted. He suggested trying three different sorts to lie on. He then showed him the bases and colours. He was very attentive, but left us while trying the beds to allow us time to talk.
