Being the only customers in store due to social distancing and reduced staffing levels was a lovely experience. Gareth made us feel really relaxed and didn't rush us - he was very objective and didnt feel like he was pushing us for the most expensive products but more the products that met our needs. The electronic bed for assessing which bed you should have was great - wonderful time saver
