The lady was very knowledgeable and took time explaining about all the different mattresses and beds. She had a lovely personality and gave great customer service especially to me, being disabled. Nothing was too much trouble.

Joseph has been very kind and friendly, he was knowledgeable and helpful, I saw him going up and down several times to help other customers too

Joseph was extremely helpful and had good product knowledge. My only comment is that we wanted to order a bed which seemed to only be available online rather than via the store. This meant we had to do 2 orders (one store and one online) due to the sale at the time. Joseph did try and help with this but it would be good for the stores to be able to order online products too to ensure a smoother customer experience. Joseph still did what he could, 10/10 recommend his service.

We were welcomed from the time we walked in. Gemma was highly knowledgeable about products and very helpful. She spent time going though the choices with us and also left us to try the beds on our own once narrowed down which was great. Great service from start to finish.

We were unsure what was required when we first turned up. We spoke to Gemma who was a highly knowledgeable individual and helped us to pick out the perfect matress to go with the bed frame we have selected. We especially were impressed by the machine which helped us to identify what kinds of sleepers we are

We enjoyed the machine that helped to pick out beds that worked for us. It helped to take a lot of the guesswork away so made the process easier. Gemma was also really helpful and gave us the time to enjoy the mattresses and giving helpful tips/comments when needed/asked for. All round we had a great experience
