The staff where at the door waiting for us when we came in, we where offered water and hand sanitizer. We advised the sales person that we’d had a bed from dreams before and they sat us on your mattress analyser, we where then shower round five different types off beds, we found the bed and where given time to make a decision before buying the bed and mattress, the sales rep then made sure that the bed could be made in the time allocated. All in all an amazing service we go back to dreams in 7 years

Gemma was really helpful from start to end. We used the Sleepmatter machine at the front of the shop which helped us select the mattresses we needed to try based on the results. Gemma talked us through the beds and tailored everything to our needs to make sure we found the perfect bed for our new home we are purchasing.

We were greeted by a young lady called Melanie who went out of her way to help us she explained the Covid 19 rules and restrictions, tested us for firmness of bed that suited us, showed us all the different mattresses that suited us which we tried out then showed us the different beds even putting a mattress on a firm base so we new the difference, showed us Your headboards which we did not like and enquired our bedding requirements. We ordered the bed and were told the date it would arrive, very efficient. We had previously visited other stores but the knowledge and attention We received far surpassed these. So very very satisfied
