The staff where at the door waiting for us when we came in, we where offered water and hand sanitizer. We advised the sales person that we’d had a bed from dreams before and they sat us on your mattress analyser, we where then shower round five different types off beds, we found the bed and where given time to make a decision before buying the bed and mattress, the sales rep then made sure that the bed could be made in the time allocated. All in all an amazing service we go back to dreams in 7 years

I was highly satisfied with the service because from the time you entered the store you were made to feel important, the staff were all very helpful especially Gemma she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she explained about the different type of mattresses which was helpful, and showed us a good range if beds. When we made our order Gemma made it all very simple and explained all the offers available to us and about the delivery options she was brilliant.

Gemma was really helpful from start to end. We used the Sleepmatter machine at the front of the shop which helped us select the mattresses we needed to try based on the results. Gemma talked us through the beds and tailored everything to our needs to make sure we found the perfect bed for our new home we are purchasing.
