Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I've rated Dreams as being Highly Satisfied with the service because, right from the time you entered the store you were very well looked after and felt safe, from being given the ppe to be able to try the mattresses out being analized to find the best mattress for you. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable especially Gemma, she was so very helpful she made choosing a mattress and a bed really simple, she did not put any pressure on us she was just extremely helpful. When it came to the buying and ordering process she made it very simple.

we were greeted instantly on entering the store by Gareth who explained the social distancing measures in place. his knowledge of the products was great and made a huge difference as we didn't know what type of mattress we needed. In these new ways of shopping the hygiene practiced was first rate as was the service. ( especially evident having also visited Furniture Village!!) . The sleepmatch was really beneficial, however we can't thank Gareth enough for his help, advice and patience!!!! Cant wait for the mattress to arrive (and also get to use the new pillows!) Hopefully sweet dreams!!!!!

When we made our order Gemma made it all very simple and explained all the offers available to us and about the delivery options she was brilliant.

The staff where at the door waiting for us when we came in, we where offered water and hand sanitizer. We advised the sales person that we’d had a bed from dreams before and they sat us on your mattress analyser, we where then shower round five different types off beds, we found the bed and where given time to make a decision before buying the bed and mattress, the sales rep then made sure that the bed could be made in the time allocated. All in all an amazing service we go back to dreams in 7 years
