Gemma who helped us find the right bed was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the machine used to identify the right bed worked very well. And it lying down with Staceys dulcet tones was very pleasant

My son bought from here 3 months ago so we decided to look for ourselves. He was dealt with by Joseph. So we waited for Joseph to come free and he provided us with the "simulator experience " and was shown various beds to try out. We returned the following week and saw Joseph again who remembered us from the prev week and we explained we wanted more comfort so Joseph suggested the Tempur solution. We decided to place the order there and then. Joseph offered us drinks and was well knowledgeable regarding the products.
