Karolynne was knowledgeable and informative. She answered all of our questions and ensured we got what was right for us. The sleep testing system (can't remember the name!) was fab at recommending a mattress for us as we wouldn't have had a clue where to start otherwise. Overall value was good and whilst it would be lovely to have the bed materalize in our bedroom when we got home, the quoted wait times aren't too bad either. Good service overall!
