The colleague that we dealt with (Gareth) helped us with deciding on bed and mattress. Very knowledgeable and took us through all our options. The store was very busy (queue etc at door), but offer of drink and waiting time not too bad. PPE was good and staff were visibly cleaning and spraying beds.

Zin was really helpful, friendly and positive. He didn’t make me feel rushed and wasn’t pushy. He got the order through quickly so I didn’t have to wait around. He ensured that I had PPE, he kept everything hygienic and adhered to social distancing.

The service was good and efficient with all the information being shared with us. The server gave us time and space to make good choices and think about what suited our needs. We were told we would have to wait for our items and given time to think about this with our order.
