Joe delivered great customer service and was very helpful. He offered advice where needed and took a step back so we could consider the options presented to us. This made for a more comfortable discussion about which product to choose.

The colleague that we dealt with (Gareth) helped us with deciding on bed and mattress. Very knowledgeable and took us through all our options. The store was very busy (queue etc at door), but offer of drink and waiting time not too bad. PPE was good and staff were visibly cleaning and spraying beds.
