Sleep match was a great tool and allowed the process to be narrowed down to our specific needs, all the staff were attentive and Gareth spoke to us and took into account what we were saying and tailored that to what we required

Joe delivered great customer service and was very helpful. He offered advice where needed and took a step back so we could consider the options presented to us. This made for a more comfortable discussion about which product to choose.
