Gareth was very welcoming during both of our visits. He allowed us sufficient time to look at the products we wanted, provided us with PPE and was overall extremely friendly. He explained all available options and placing the order and arranging finance took no longer than 10 minutes. When Gareth found out we have a pet, he offered a 5 year protection package which will help with any potential damage. This is something we have not been aware before so very pleased with the offer. Delivery times are extremely quick, we will have our sofa bed and chair delivered in less than two weeks, while the competitors quoted between 10 and 12 weeks! Very pleased with all aspects of our experience.
