We were really pleased with the service we got from Joseph and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Every time we we changed the parameters of our search he was able to identify the beds that met those parameters. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble including moving our mattress of choice onto the bed frame of choice so we could feel how it felt.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, made to feel welcome and valued. Joseph provided excellent advice and was able to facilitate our specific requirements and help us to find the perfect bed and mattress. (Not enough words here to comment on my whole journey as I would love to)

Joseph was very professional and helpful. We did an evaluation on the simulator and were given specific pillows during the process. Overall a pleasant experience. Recently relocated to the UK, have not experienced this before.

We visited the Dreams store at Cribbs Causeway and Joseph was very helpful. Following explanation and testing, he showed us many alternative mattresses options which covered our needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable which made us confidence to proceed with the purchase. Great customer service skills.
