Very pleasant staff

The person that helped me was very friendly and polite. I liked that he left me time to try the mattress out because I would feel weird if he just stood staring at me. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes, so i'm very happy with how short the trip was.

We were with Zinedane who was very professional and to the point. We were able to choose the one we liked with no pressure on a sale. He was very polite and courteous at all times.

The attention and help given by the sales assistant was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he had excellent knowledge of the products we were interested in purchasing.

We have never bought a brand new bed / mattress before so we didn’t have any knowledge. Joesph who served us was absolutely fantastic, his knowledge was outstanding and made us feel very comfortable. He wasn’t a typical pushy salesman either, we were able to go away, have a think then come back with our choice. I have already recommended dreams to friends and family.

The assistant, JT, was very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. The quality of the products was of a really high standard and I found the entire purchasing experience simple and satisfactory. Would definitely recommend.
