Bristol Cribbs Causeway store - JT was very helpful and listened to our concerns and my partners medical needs. They were very helpful and patient despite having to run around and service other customers. They spent a lot of time making sure we had a mattress to meet ourneeds and costs.

Lovely, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we stepped through the door.

The assistant carolyne dealt with my experience in a professional manner, she was knowledgeable about the product and had my own well being in hand, offering me bottle of water as it was a very muggy day.
