Needed a mattress, used the Sleepmatch service, tried 3 mattresses, liked one, bought the mattress and delivered 4 days later......great customer service!!

Very friendly staff. Used the special bed to assess what type of mattress I needed to purchase. Staff were very knowledgeable about what the difference was between the beds and mattresses and the prices to compare. Staff were not pushy about making a purchase.

Zinidane was very helpful - gave us time to ourselves to conclude our decision making. Good chap - very helpful. Very courteous.

I spoke to JT who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of pillows. He was patient and delivered a great service…a credit to the store!

Gemma at Cribbs Causeway Bristol was so helpful. She asked a few questions to work out what we were looking for (mattress firmness, type, price etc) then showed us each relevant mattress, saving us a lot of time as we weren't wandering around looking at everything. We were allowed to lie on the beds with a pillow and cover given to us, the cover was then thrown away and the pillow sprayed along with the mattresses we tried. Gemma then left us to make our decision with no pressure or hard sell to look at more expensively price mattresses. We felt very comfortable with her and the store and did buy a mattress.

Karolynne was brilliant and made sure she understood our needs and also ensured that we were completely satisfied with the mattress we'd chosen by retesting mattresses we had liked prior to the one we chose.

Gemma, the assistant who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, very conscious of COVID rules and wiped every mattress after we had tried it. Gemma also explained the finance deals and managed to find me a suitable pillow and mattress protector (upgraded). Would definitely return to this store again.
