All round a very good experience

Very professional and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. As we didn’t know what we’d like, we were recommended to try the sleep match and Zinedane then walked us through all of our best options and let us take our time to find what we really wanted. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish and felt very at ease and highly satisfied with the service we received.

Gareth was amazing, he listened and understood what I was looking for before providing me with a few different options. He asked questions to help me make decisions. I felt listened to and walked away happy with my purchases. Can’t wait for them to arrive now!

Gareth at Cribbs Causeway was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, happy, smiley and friendly and he spent lots of time with us without any kind of pressure. He knew the products and took into account our criteria.

She was very knowledgeable about all your products which led us to our purchase. All round a very good experience and will use Dreams again...

I walked in and was greeted by Joe who was friendly and understood and directed me to where I needed to go. He didn't try to push sales he left me to look and was there when I was ready buy.

Would like to say that Zinedane was amazing and really helpful and was a stress free process. He explained everything I needed and social distancing was excellent as myself and my mother are high risk to covid even doubled jabbed but I was in need of a new bed. Zinedane made us feel at ease. I would like him to be recognised for his great customer service. Thank you

I was greeted as I walked in the door by Zinedane who was very cheery and kind and showed me to the bed and mattress I asked about. He came back to speak to me a few minutes later and asked if I was okay. I asked to use the Sleep machine to see what mattresses were suggested. He set me up and left me to it while dealing with another customer. When it finished he showed me to each mattress on the list and explained what was so good about each one. When one of them was perfect, but far out of my price range, we discussed similar mattresses that were more affordable for me, and he even explained how they'd be similar in their firmness etc despite having fewer springs and memory foam etc. He was clearly knowledgeable and I was able to understand the technical side of the mattresses because of how he explained them. Will absolutely go there again and would even request him of possible.
