From the moment we walked into the store we were looked after by Joseph who was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy (like some can be) we were well looked after and would recommend the store to our friends and family.

Good customer service and product knowledge. We liked the innovative assessment hardware to identify the ideal items to focus our attention on, reducing potential wasted time. Lead times on chosen items were excellent. COVID protocols were also higher than most stores.

Joseph was very helpful from the minute I walked into the store. He had a great understanding and guided me to what I was looking for. Joseph helped me on the ‘bed machine’ and from there took me to different mattresses which suited me, from which I bought one.

I want to mention Zinadine who helped us on our visit, allowed us time to browse, then made sure we were OK with everything, the right balance in my view. End result is we have a new bed and mattress which is a good sign of a succesful visit, and great service provided.
