We were offered a sleep match, greeted well, offered a drink, and allowed as much time as we needed to make an informed decision. We didn’t feel pressured in the slightest.

We went to search for a new bed and mattress and Gareth who assisted us was spot on we got everything we needed

It was an all round great experience sales team were very friendly and knowledgeable spending time to explain the products and our sales representative Joe was extremely helpful and made the experience a great one, I would say he is an asset to the company, we would definately recommend the store to our friends and family

The lady who helped me was fantastic, Pro and friendly. Very efficient but i did not fell like being rushed at all. She offered water and hand sanitizer

Really lovely staff member Gareth! Was very helpful, I am young and was shopping alone which can be daunting but he made me feel very at ease and was very helpful without being pushy!

From the moment we walked into the store we were looked after by Joseph who was very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy (like some can be) we were well looked after and would recommend the store to our friends and family.

Good customer service and product knowledge. We liked the innovative assessment hardware to identify the ideal items to focus our attention on, reducing potential wasted time. Lead times on chosen items were excellent. COVID protocols were also higher than most stores.
