The assistance we received allowed us time to browse and try out options within our price range without being rushed into making a decision, or purchase. We were totally satisfied with our experience at Dreams and with the knowledge of the staff.

Karolynne was very helpful and didn't rush us. We were offered a drink and given time to test the different beds to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. She was very knowledgable about the products. Great customer service.

Joe was very helpful and was able to narrow down our search until we found the perfect mattress. My husband and I are very happy with the mattress we chose. Joe even picked out pillows that suit our sleeping style. Tea and coffee on a cold day made the experience so much more comfortable and was very influential toward out purchase.

Very smooth interaction

We had a very helpful assistant who was very knowledgeable. Even more useful is that she could explain and answer our questions in sign language. There was no language barrier between us which was very rare for us.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were offered coffee. The marking of various choices (Medium, Tempur, etc) was explained and we were encouraged to browse with no pressure to test the various choices. Staff were always available to answer questions. It was a very pleasurable experience.
