Our Sales Assistant Penny was really friendly, she clearly saw we were so confused in what to do when buying a bed, and she guided us through the process really well. She let us enjoy our "bed buying" experience and we got to try all mattresses to our comfort. With tea and water to accompany. Her product knowledge was really good, and we came away buying our dream bed that is super comfy and in our price range. She was very approachable and super professional.

Karolynne was very attentive and gave me the time required to choose my bed. She offered teas and coffee throughout. The July downside was the bed could not be delivered on the Friday 23rd when my friends were staying! Thank you for the customer experience however.

Good selection of mattresses and well laid out. Grace, the lady who helped with the purchase was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I never felt under pressure at any time. An excellent store, well laid out, clean and easy to navigate. I am extremely pleased and will be purchasing a new bed very soon. This store will be my first call

Joe was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were encouraged to test the mattresses and eventually settled on one which suited us, we were even treated to tea and coffee on the house, so all good!

I wasn't 'pounced' on by staff as soon as I entered the store - Grace welcomed us and asked what we were looking for before pointing us in the right direction of mattresses that may be of interest. She encouraged us to remove our coat and provided pillows so that we could try a few mattresses for comfort and suitability. When we were ready she was available to go through the order with us. She was really friendly, not pushy and a big help!

Joe was very knowledgable about the beds and mattress’s quick and efficient.

The sales Assistant (Grace) was extremely helpful in explaining our options and providing expert advice. She was helpful but in no way pushy and allowed us plenty of time to consider our options and have a proper discussion between ourselves without feeling pressured. In Fact I would say Grace was the reason we decided to buy there and then and not walk away to compare with other establishments.
