It was an easy shopping experience... the assistance we received was informative, clear and we were given time to make a decision. offered drinks and our children were made to feel welcome as well.

The store assistant was very attentive and listened to our requirements then spent time making sure these were met while ensuring we had time to choose the right options for us. He also had very good product knowledge.

James was friendly and very patient with the fact we had our nine month old granddaughter with us. James did not pressure us to purchase anything he was simply very helpful and gave us the space to discuss the products available. We were looking for a new mattress.

I was highly satisfied with my dreams experience becaise I received good service when walked in to the moment I walked out. Was offered coffee and was shown all the variety of options to what I was looking for and everything cane to be a success

We turned up to look at a specific bed that we had seen online but it wasn't yet in the showroom. We discussed this with James and initially he explained at our request how to choose the correct mattress. Once this had been successfully chosen, James then showed us some alternative beds which might suit us. Eventually we chose a bed frame with Ottoman base which fortunately was readily available within our time scales. Therefore, we were successful in buying both a bed frame and mattress with James most ably assisting us throughout in a most helpful manner. Well done James.
