The service was professional and friendly and the assistant from your staff was extr3mely helpful.

The sales assistant, Gemma, was not pushy or overbearing. She allowed us to browse but offered help if we needed it. She checked back in on us a few times to give us some information and then helped us narrow down our options. She made the process really easy and took the time to explain the products and options.

We were highly satisfied with our experience whilst shopping at Dreams because it was a smooth process. Karolynne was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't too pushy as some salesman/women can be. She was very polite and genuine, she helped and guided us when necessary and made the experience a good one. The only thing that took a little time was the Barclays check online due to the time of year we presume but Karolynne had explained this to us.

The assistant James is very friendly and helpful. I found that my need is easy to be aware of and met quickly with the help of the assistant. He is very patient to let me try various mattress according to my need until I found the right one for me.

The service provided by the Cribbs Causeway stir manager, Joe, was thorough, friendly and he was clearly knowledgable. it was important to him that I found the right product for me rather than selling me something for as much money as possible. An excellent chap.
