Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

The staff were very friendly & helpful and answered any questions we asked but also gave us time to browse. The quality of the products were great & just what we were looking for after visiting a lot of other stores in the area.

We originally went into the store to look at Sharps furniture then decided to look at beds. The assistant suggested we go on the bed machine to find out which mattress would suit us. The assistant showed us the mattresses which were suited us. We decidedly to think about it. We returned this weekend and bought a new bed with the mattress we looked at in the first visit. We also bought quilt, pillows and mattress protector. The staff were excellent. We were very pleased.

James was friendly, very knowledgable, offered us a drink. We were offered to use the mattress machine which worked out what would be best for us. He clearly enjoys his job and has therefore done research into what he is selling. We did not feel pressured into buying a mattress there and then. We felt like we had the choice to do so. He also gave us pillows to try out with the mattresses and when I said mine was a little flat for me, he gave me a thicker pillow to use.

Joe (Bristol Cribs Causeway) was excellent in helping recommend the right bed and understanding my needs as I suffer with chronic back pain. He never rushed us, even though we were still there after the store closed. He took us through the sleep technology and then when the beds weren't suitable he worked with us to find the right one.

We were greeted when we entered the store and told where items were.We were then left to browse for a while. We were given a cup of coffee and after a good look round James explained things in great detail which enabled us to make our decision on what to purchase. The order was dealt with promptly and we left the shop feeling we had had a good shopping experience.

Friendly staff greated us early on and took us through all we needed and placed our order to be delivered on a date that we wanted.
