Disabled access was good, plenty of room to look at the beds and mattresses. Zinedane didn't push, but seemed to know when I was ready for help. He answered questions politely and was knowledgeable about the beds. I made my selection and paid for the mattress. Delivery date offered was much sooner than I expected.

Joe was excellent, ran the test, listened to us and provided clear options & advice.

Gareth was friendly, had good product knowledge and made the process very simple.

Joe store manager was flat out with many customers waiting but he multi tasked and still gave great service as well as facing technical issues and having limited staff for a Sunday, still managed to make our experience good and when passed over to zinedane he was very welcoming and helpful with questions and the transaction despite the technical issues. A big thanks for all the guys help but maybe hire more staff to help them out on rainy sundays when everyone goes shopping!

When we entered the store at the Retail Park at Cribs Causeway we found the bed we wanted and the sales assistant Gareth asked if we needed any help. He answered all our questions succinctly and asked a senior manager to confirm his statements and prices to ensure there were no errors. There was no rush or pressure to buy and we ordered exactly what we wanted plus a few additions. Gareth made us a lovely cup of tea and gave us a discount on some items.

The lady that served us was really nice and friendly. Even made us a cup of tea!

The staff were all highly professional, the lay out of the shop was tired old fashion had a warehouse feel lots of boxes and delivered packages in the customer area, when we sat down to order some even fell on us so the show room was untidy but the staff were so helpful, knowledgeable engaging friendly just perfect sales staff really in every way it’s just the show room area was scruffy tired

The assistant, Karolynne, was extremely helpful and patient. Her knowledge on the products fitting our specific needs (natural materials which didn't include foam) was exceptional. Thank you.
