As we are first time buyers, we have no knowledge in mattresses. We were very impressed with the knowledge the staff knew about each bed/mattress and also the friendly welcoming we were greeted with. We had a few different staff members approach us asking if we need any help and assistance which made it nice to know there was help if we needed it.

Gemma, Bristol Cribbs was fantastic, she took time to get to know what we wanted, explained all the features of the products and didnt rush us into anything. We did pop over to a competitor who we found unknowledgable and useless. Because we liked Gemma's understanding we promptly returned and placed an order for just under £3,000.
