Are experience in your cribs causeway Bristol was exceptional warm welcome we were looked after by Gemma she was excellent couldn’t do enough for us we did the bed experience to find out which mattress suited us we could take are time wasn’t rushed at all offered hot drinks as well. Would definitely recommend this company.

Advisor listened to our needs, spent time with us as well as giving us time to browse and discuss on our own, products were explained well and were of excellent quality.

Gemma, the assistant who helped us, was extremely polite, professional, knew her facts and figures and we did not feel any sales pressure from her. She indicated the best beds for us to review based on her fact find and she was spot on with the recommendations

Karolynne welcomed us shortly after we arrived and was knowledgable and friendly. We had the opportunity to use the sleepmatch machine which I would really recommend as it gave me great reassurance that I was picking the correct bed for me! We were offered comfy pillows too and a drink :) Highly recommend dreams as fantastic service and I felt taken care of at every stage of the process!

Gareth was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable right from the greeting, offering the pillow, getting me to try sleepmatch, even offering a coffee. I tried a few beds he recommended and he properly listened to what I said, gave relevant advice and was very patient.
