Walked in today with no idea what to do or what we were looking for and Gareth stepped up to the rescue. Greeted us, offered us a drink and set us up on the SleepMatch. Lots of fun and very impressive technology; we were given a shortlist of mattress types that would suit our needs. We tested out mattresses with amazing pillows and were guided through all the steps with lots of information, laughs and a genuine willingness to help.

The staff member was informative, helpful and made the whole process easy and uncomplicated.

The store manager Joe was very attentive. He encouraged to try the sleep watch machine which helped us in narrowing down mattress suitable for mine and partners sleep needs. He explained the process and benefits to us and was surprised at how quick and easy it was. I have never seen a machine like this but was impressed with how it works and the end results. It saved us time trying lots of different mattresses and narrowed down the ones that would benefit us the most which was both encouraging and reassuring. Joe was very knowledgable in the products and gave us great advice based on what we were looking for and what would suit our needs.
