The staff were really attentive Giving me a whole range of advice listening to my budgeting needs and really just being there as someone for advice not someone who is there to day well you need all these optional extras and also if you'd like to spend way above your budget Really good pair of ladies in there really know their stuff Also good luck to the manager who is leaving and hopefully the sales assistant will be considered Very impressed. The service we received was excellent throughout our visit. We were welcomed, felt safe, were guided through our options in a warm and respectful way and were able to make a well informed decision. We arrived 15mins before closing time just to take a quick look but the staff were very relaxed and did not rush us in any way. They were more than happy to answer our questions, look into various options and really provided the full service.

I was very satisfied with the service I recently received at Dreams. Yassine, the associate who served me at the Bristol Filton store, was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would definitely return to Dreams next time for our family's bedding needs.

The store and staff were fine. The only problem I had, was, the lack of disabled parking close to the store. My father (94) is disabled and in a wheelchair and it's quite a distance from the store.
