Dan gave me as much time to look as I needed. Being disabled. Was difficult getting on and off beds. He was patient with me.

On arrival, we were greeted by an assistant who asked how he might help. We explained that we simply wanted a new headboard to fix to an existing bed. He quickly showed us the options he could offer, and help us make a choice. Once the sale had been completed, he kindly carried our purchase to the car for us.
