Knowledgeable staff were very helpful and friendly, was given plenty of space and time to browse, think it was Dan who helped me and another young lady there both very good at their job, look after them.

Jen was the right combination of helpful but not pushy and gave us a lot of options before we purchased.

Perfect welcoming, very friendly staff and very helpful! Give me different options of what I said I was looking for, looked at lots of different beds and mattresses! Got what I wanted which was perfect!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable. New computerised analyser to match you to a bed type works well and makes the experience more personal. Left the store feeling really good.

I came into the store with an idea of what I wanted, after talking with a lovely young woman (I think her name was Jen) she talked through all the different options available? We even went onto a bed that told us about the type of beds that would be recommended. After trying out a few different beds we found one that suited us really well, Jen was highly attentive and without her assistance I do not think we would of found the right bed for us.

The member of staff who assisted us was excellent, she was very well informed about the products available, and was able to explain the differences between them well. She was very helpful and enthusiastic without putting pressure on us, and made the whole experience very pleasant!

The automatic system to pre-select likely beds is a genius idea. The selection it provided were all very suitable. The sales team were very understanding of my needs and explaining the different choices. I didn’t feel rushed into choosing a mattress, and was able to test the suggested selections multiple times against each other, as well as trying different pillow & mattress combinations to make sure I was getting the best fit for me. I work in a customer facing role myself and the Bristol-Brislington sales team are excellent. Friendly, happy, personable, making an effort to connect and relate without being pushy or condescending. Very happy the service, advice and general experience in the store. I definitely ended up picking a much more expensive mattress than I would have otherwise as I trusted the advice and knowledge of the salesman. I certainly do not feel I was pushed into that choice. 10/10 will shop there again.
