Great greeting on entering store Started with the computer assessment of our requirements, steered through the options, info of each product provided with brief simple explanation of what was being described. Allowed time to then further test alone, simple ordering process, delivery date and options advised - including collecting old mattress at time of delivery. Great service and experience. A clearly defined process was followed which meant I could recognise how long it was going to take to make a selection. There was no pressure to buy on the initial visit with an acceptance that we needed to check numbers and would return. On our subsequent visit we were remembered and the buying process was easy, straight forward and fast.
