Dan was very understanding to what we wanted. He wasn't pushy or 'salesy' (if that's a word) like other dreams staff members in other stores we visited and in other branded bed shops.

Dan from your brislington store has been brilliant, purchased my bed and with any changes to address and delivery he’s been no problem at all, calling for updates and keeping me posted. Came back to dreams to buy a mattress this weekend purely on his service!

Dan the sales assistant was so helpful. He was quick to assist us in store. He was very knowledgeable about the product we chose. We popped to a store down the road but chose to purchase from Dreams as Dan was such a lovely guy.

Good customer service

The person who helped went above and beyond to help us. He was very well knowledgeable on the products and helped us understand what we needed. We had a great bit of banter while still being very professional. The customer service he gave us was second to none. I’d rate Dan 11/10

Your employee looked up my previous purchases to see which pillows I had before and was able to show me pillows that matched my criteria. He was very friendly and not pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Despite not really knowing what I was doing, Jennifer was extremely helpful and led me through the process in a straightforward and friendly way. There was a wide range of different mattresses that I could try to suit my needs, the store was clean and comfortable, and I felt informed about my choice of mattress by the time I made my purchase.

I was very impressed by the assistant who took great care listening to me. She had patients and did a great job.
