Jen was fantastic in assisting me in my selection of a product, even going so far as to flag me down when walking past the store after leaving to let me know the lead time (which I had been concerned about) had changed/shortened which ultimately led to my purchase. She ensured I felt fully informed and satisfied about every aspect of my purchase, and I left smiling as a result.
