Me and my partner was served by Dan from the Brislington branch and he was extremely helpful in giving us advice for buying our first bed.

Dan was very patient and informative. We weren’t pressured or rushed at any time. Having to write more to suit your survey is very annoying though

Wanted a new mattress super king size, wasn't sure of how it would work as I like a firm bed my partner likes a medium bed, the sales guy Dan gave us a great solution and explained the process in great detail, I didn’t need any time to think about it, so I ordered it ,

Daniel explained all the features and the additional extras e.g warranty. The service was great.

Excellent non pushy sales tactics. Was made to feel like finding the mattress that was best was the important part not the value of the sale. The salesman went the extra mile to help fit the mattress in the car and was super helpful.
