Sales girl greeted us as soon as we entered the store and then gave us one on one treatment and was very accommodating when we asked to try different mattresses on different frames. We purchased a mix and match of products totalling almost 5k

We were greeted by the wonderful Jen who, with immense patience and without any apparent sales pressure, guided us through the process of choosing our new bed. In fact everyone was friendly and helpful. So much so that they helped ease the trauma of my missing the rugby.

Daniel was thoroughly knowledgable about the products that would suit my needs. He was very patient with me as I narrowed down my options and preferences, and he sorted a delivery date for me that was absolutely perfect. He was friendly, engaging and took time to ensure that all of my details were correct so that there would not be any delays down the line

As we had no idea of what was available to meet our requirements We were very pleased that the assistant that greeted us was most helpful and knowledgeable with regards to your products.

Dan was fantastic and really knowledgeable and helpful. Deserves a shout out

During one of my visits to the store my girlfriend found a member of staff overbearing and too eager to help resulting in her feeling uncomfortable

Staff member half way through my call decided to answer the store phone and deal with another customer query, I was not impressed by this at all…..I was just about to leave and take my custom somewhere where else but he finished the call just in time. Yes he did apologise but find this still very rude and highly disrespectful to a customer about to spend £300+ You could of lost a sale and any other future sales from my family or friends

Very happy with the friendly service and knowledge from Dan but the bed I first chose was not available and there were no discounts on the I bought.

There was no lift to view the single beds upstairs for a disabled visitor to the shop.

There were fewer budget options than anticipated however we still were able to find the mattress we liked. It would have been good to organise the mattresses by category I.e foam vs spring, firm vs soft - a little signage to indicate the pros and cons of these would be good too.
