Fantastic welcome by Freyja at the brislington branch she helped me find the perfect bed and mattress for my daughter so helpful and daughter is so excited for her new bed. Thanks Steve and Freyja for all your help.

The customer service assistant was incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and gave us the chance to try out different options without bothering us. She also offered us reduced items and helped us by letting us know if she could see where the mattresses were sinking too much (and therefore maybe not giving us the right support).

The salesman named Steve,was polite,helpful,knowledgeable &amusing. He showed us a wide selection of mattresses,offering his expertise on various & different matters pertaining to the structures & benefits of the different types.

The machine that works out your best bed fit is very good. The assistant's knowledge of the products was fantastic and he patiently let me try many matresses!

I was let down by a company I bought 2 double frames and mattresses from and had to get a refund as they couldn't deliver, Dreams were fab, were able to provide good advice and deliver in the timescale we asked for just hoping it actually does happen!
