We had a great Sales Assistant (Julia?) that made sure she understood our needs and was careful to get us the best price on what we needed. Sje was really willing to help us in our specific circumstances and that made a big difference for us

Was greeted on entering store, offered tea/coffee. Advised to try the sleep machine to determine what type of mattress would be best suited to my sleeping position. Shop Assistant Rae helpful with any questions I had.

Judy, the member of staff, was very friendly and helpful.

Judy was really helpful and gave us her time but didn't pressure us at all. She gave candid recommendations which allowed us to make the best decision with a good balance of budget and product quality in mind.

Judy who served us, was very knowledgeable, and was in no hurry to move us to a decision in choosing the matress, until we were sure the one we chose was the right one for us.

We saw Martin first, then later Steve. Neither of the sales assistants put us under undue pressure to buy the products on offer and they explained everything with regards to the product and suitable alternatives extremely well without being over-bearing.
