We were very well looked after by an extremely helpful assistant - Judy - who really tried to understand our needs. The bed test analysis was very effective and led to us ordering a very different bed from what we had originally planned to buy. But one that let our needs entirely. It was something of a revelation. Very much facilitated by Judy.

The assistant (Judy) who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to help me navigate through the huge range of different options and make a good choice that suited both my needs and budget. I spent a very pleasant hour in the store.

Me and my partner we visited the store in Portslade and was assisted by a lady named Judy! From the moment we entered she was polite and kind. She let us try a bed machine to test what bed would be the best for both of us! Offered us drinks! Was very help when we were paying! From start to finish she was amazing!

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted & offered a cup of coffee. We explained in general what we were looking for and sought explanation on the different options available. We were shown all the items and the differences were well explained. We were given time to try out various items again & again and were able to seek more information as we made our decisions. All staff were polite, and Steve who directly assisted us, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. We were uncertain on our availability on possible delivery dates but phoned back later to confirm our order & delivery date with Steve. The whole experience could not have been better - from meet & greet, the explanation of various product options, the time allowed to try out the various options and the final assistance given having made our decision.

Steve from the Brighton branch was extremely knowledgeable of the products and was especially out to give us the best product for us while bearing budgets in mind. Steve was also friendly with us as he took us around and was really hospitable. A great experience overall leading to the best outcome for a couple's first shared bed. Give the man a pay rise!

Guy was extremely helpful and friendly, I called up in advance to check if there were any airbeds in stock. He advised me that there were a few and about 20 minutes later I was there with my 3 year old son. He was very swift in the transaction and spoke to my son as well and even helped me further by bringing the bed to my car. Definitely think he deserves recognition.
