Extremely knowledgable staff who were informative without being pushy. we were well supported by both Steve and Martin in making the correct choice for our replacement matress. Tea and coffee in mugs, freshly made, not out of a machine.

I found the staff at Dreams very friendly and welcoming, they made it clear they were there for advise but also gave us our space to have a look around. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a very friendly manner, always with a big smile. I left the store with a new mattress being delivered on the date I have chosen, the advisor who helped my purchase was really friendly and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on. Overall, really impressed!

All your staff, especially Steve, were very approachable and knowledgeable. Very helpful yet not intrusive or annoying. They were very attentive to our needs.

We found and ordered the bed and mattress on our second visit after looking at a few other shops. The colleague serving us knew what he was talking about and advised us on different bed slats/guarantees. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.
