The gentleman in the shop was very friendly and helped me twice over two separate visits. He remembered me and didn't rush me when I was choosing what to buy. I would definitely recommend the store.

staff member Judy was extremely knowledgeable and explained all options clearly. I bought 2 single beds and both my partner and I were assessed for back problems and sleeping positions on test bed. We were shown choice of beds according to individual needs. Very polite and friendly service

The assistant (Ray) made all the difference. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were given help when needed and left alone to consider our option. The range of beds was excellent and the price match offer allowed us to make a purchase decision on our first visit.
