We were served by Chantelle, who couldn’t have been more helpful, she was knowledgable, very helpful without being too pushy and took the time to answer all our questions.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and made the experience of visiting the store worthwhile rather than ordering online.

The lady who served us was fantastic very helpful and friendly she knew exactly what we needed without the use of your machine as it wasn’t working. She took her time with us we felt valued as customers

The mood of the shop was just right = we didn’t feel hassled, but were assured of service at the same time. We were given time to decide, then good advice. KNowledgeable staff with a great manner and attitude

Staff were kind and courteous a very pleasant experience, staff chatted to my 11year old grandson as the bed was for him and he was choosing very helpful

Greeted by store colleague who politely asked if she could be of assistance and on explaining what we wanted to look at, she took us to the products that wemay be interested in and went through the details of each product and the options that were available to us which was extremely helpful.

Friendly staff but not pressurised, left to browse until advice required. Tea offered.

The staff were brilliant! From asking us if we'd like to bring our bikes in to the store to helping us chooses a bed. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and it's why we will keep going to shops rather than buy everything on line.
