Judy was amazing!

The lady who looked after us was knowledgeable about the product, friendly and gave us time to decide.

We were greeted by Judy she was very helpful and very knowledge about her job and helped us finding the right mattress

We were given as much time to browse as was needed with no pushy sales advice. Once we had made our mind up we approached a staff member who dealt with our order quickly and with a relaxed feel

The assistant knew exactly what I’d asked for and very friendly and helpful. Ordered quickly so a quick visit.

We were looked after by Guy in the Portslade branch and he had great product knowledge and was quick and efficient with maki g the order. The reason I was satisfied on’y was we have missed a delivery date to Switzerland as this is where we live, because of the headboard taking longer, so will have to wait for our delivery until sometime in February 🥴🥴but apart from that everything was great especially the sleep match machine great idea and helped find us the ideal mattress. Thank you

The shop staff were helpful but not too pushy. When we were ready to order they did not try to upsell but took our order quickly and efficiently. Delivery slot was good and we were kept well informed of delivery time.

Judy the sales woman was very polite, friendly and kind and answered all our questions to our satisfaction and more. The bed has been deliver today on time as planned.
