The customer service was friendly and honest and the experience wasn’t at all pressurised

The sales consultant, Guy, was very attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy, just pointing out what might suit after listening to our needs.

Guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable directing us only to mattresses which were likely to meet our requirements. He was not pushy and was honest. He led us through the purchase explaining things clearly as we went along. We chose to pay a deposit followed by monthly payments and he outlined the options for this. All in all a good experience. Choosing a mattress is not always easy..

A very well organised store and after explanation very easy to identify the type of mattress I was looking for. Very helpful assistant but not too 'pushy'. Lovely cup of tea!

The showroom had plenty of choice and options to look around. We went through the dreams sleep match and based on that the manager, Martin, not only read out the recommendations but talked us through the results and took us to the ones in the store that matched the guide. He also listened to our thoughts and gave advice and guidance on the ranges on offer
