Dreams - Brighton

Guy in the Brighton shop was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. This is the third time I’ve purchased items from this store and I’ll definitely be back. As far as I’m concerned Dreams is the best!

Being measured for a mattress was exceptional. There was a definite sense of meaningful calibration for which mattress woul dbest suit myself and my wife.

Martin was absolutely lovely, he provided us with pillows so we were able to try out the beds comfortably, was approachable and at check out, he didn’t try to sell us the expensive duvet but explained that the duvets were on sale because the packaging had changed saving me 54 pounds. Great experience would definitively recommend

I WENT TO DREAMS BECAUSE I BOUGHT A MEMORY FOAM TOPPER FROM DREAMS LAST YEAR FOR MY SON WHO IS AT UNIVERSITY AND HAD BEEN GIVEN A TERRIBLE MATTRESS. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, GOOD COMMUNICATION, ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PLUS THE PRODUCT HAS MADE A REAL DIFFERENCE TO HIS QUALITY OF SLEEP. I'M SURE THAT MY LATEST PURCHASES WILL BE GREAT.

Store was situated in a good part of town. Very easy to find and park. Store was well laid out with lots of products on display. Wide choice of beds and mattresses. Ordering was easy using friendly and knowledgable staff. Good choice of credit card payment ,including Amex. Slightly disappointed at availability and delivery times as we needed the bed quite quickly.

Judy at the portslade branch was so helpful! So much knowledge on the beds and mattress. Spent a lot of time in helping us find the right bed. She was so kind and lovely we are so happy we came to the store and thanks to Judy we found a great bed.
