Great level of customer service - nice to be greeted with a friendly face and the layout of the shop explained. He knew when to assist but also knew to leave us alone so we could make a decision which is a real skill so very happy.

We really didn’t know what we were looking for. After many years with aches and pains after a night sleep and really feeling the need to change both mattress and bed we were shown around the store to try everything so that we could reach the decision right for us. Friendly staff and prices surprised us as much better than the other local bed shop.

Staff were friendly and very helpful Covid-19 guidelines are well established at this store Product was available for trying out Ordering of our new mattress was straightforward We were offered water during our visit to the store The order was confirmed and arrangements for delivery and recycling of old mattress were explained What more can I say?
