Guy was very knowledgable, open and clear with the items he was selling to us. He didn’t rush us in any way and encouraged us to lie on the various beds to get the best selection. We were completely happy with our choice.

The staff member Martin who helped me throughout was very knowledgeable and courteous and the assessment bed which does everything except make tea is a brilliant piece of equipment.

We were greeted upon arrival by Judy who gave us her full attention and guided us to the products which were right for us.

The member of staff who assisted us went above and beyond to make sure we had a lot of choice and were happy with our final choices. She made us feel very comfortable especially with our two children running around! Nothing felt like too much trouble. This is our second time purchasing with Dreams and both times we have been very happy with the service and mattress we have bought.

Excellent service and products and no hard sell! Guy was very knowledgeable and helpful, and there was no pressure to make a purchase although we did. We were after a medium to firm flip mattress as we are not fans of rotation only mattresses. The first one of the 2 Guy recommended was extremely comfortable, just the right firmness for my husband's back and within our budget - a no brainer for us, and with speedy delivery too!...and Dreams will take our old mattress away for a nominal fee. Great service, product, price and quick delivery 👏 a Dream....
