When we entered your store we were unsure if it was actually open, there was no one in sight, we walked and looked at beds in the upper part of the store and were not disturbed once by a staff member. It was as if they did not know we were there and this was reassured when walking down the stairs. Staff looked as though they had seen ghosts. When finally asked what we were looking for, staff tried selling cheapest products. Clearly sales are most important in the hierarchy . I would definitely not recommend and will be going elsewhere in the future, especially as my sons headboard ripped while trying to instal it, clearly been put together with a staple gun!!!

I just thought that the delivery would have been a lot quicker like a few days.instead waiting until 30th August

I wasn’t told about that the assembly was not included and there was mention of it at all. I found it out when I wanted to see the product on your website and called the branch to arrange it. They were unhelpful and they told I may not be able to have the same delivery date. The delivery date is important and I wouldn’t want to change it due my house move. I hope this will be resolved as It is very unreasonable to pay over £2k on a bed which I also have to assembly it myself... I could go to Ikea in the first place if I wanted to have a flatpack bed...

The lady member of staff who assisted us was fine - but when we tried to place the order it was not possible to log into your system because "staff had not cashed up from the night before" & nobody seemed to be able to sort this out. She constantly apologised (esp.for the unhelpful attitude of her colleagues) as we were being kept waiting for ages in embarrassment whilst staff 'bickering' ensued. The incident was in extremely bad taste and reflected very poorly upon Dreams or indeed any other customer service standards

Got charged 39 delivery for a mile trip. CEO sorted. Sales person not helpful.kept hassling us.she also had a personal hygiene issue and greasy hair. Never again

I am now engaged in what feels like a battle of wills. The mattress (and pillows) I was delivered feels nothing at all like the one we spend a very long time selecting in store. It is massively harder than the showroom model. There really is no comparison between the two and as such, I and my pregnant wife are experiencing much discomfort and lack of sleep. I appreciate there is the 30 day exchange period, but no one will tell me if I can expect the mattress to settle into to the standard of the showroom in that time, which makes the whole thing pointless.

I ordered and paid for a bed to collect on Saturday the 4th April, called up the following day to get and address to be told that the warehouse was not open. Completely miss sold item.!
