I thought payment of £19.00 per delivery for orders of 3 beds (totaling £1,800.00) wasn't fair. (2 Deliveries)

Speed of attention. Our store assistance was helpful, and did show the range we were seeking. The advice we received helped us to make the purchase decision we comfortable with.

when purchased mattress asked if I waited till Easter would there be a better sale .and was told if so would refund difference. This happened and when went back to store said they hadn't said that and meant only before bed was delivered. Got vouchers in the end , purchased bedding with them which was awful quality ,one duvet cover all marked and others covered in flick ,even after washing twice ,had to disregard in the end ,Wont be going back.

I was "just about" satisfied . We bought discounted pillows with the order or mattresses and when we opened them were shocked by the very poor quality. We returned these and offered a replacement which are slightly better quality

On my previous visit to Dreams I had excellent customer service but on this occasion the sales assistant seemed more interested in going off on his holidays than dealing with a sale. In retrospect I wish that I hadn't proceeded with the purchase because I felt like I was preventing him from knocking off on time but the only reason I did is because my son was very keen that we bought a bed there and then. He made me feel like he couldn't really care less.

I was disappointed that the product you recommended was 4 weeks delivery. I was very irritated that having completed most of this survey it failed and I had to start again But the most important reason for replying to this unwanted email was because we specifically requested no e mails from you and got this "survey request". Which part of no emails do you not understand?

The upselling you make your staff do is relentless and far to heavy we spent 2400 pounds in your shop and still u continued to push people for sheets.pillows insurance linen deliverys head boards and more...the staff seemed worried about not being seen to be pushing the products on customers so we were made to sign a form so they effectively don't get a "strike "quote on quote in fear of getting in trouble...we will not buy another product with dreams as a business owner I felt a bit sorry for the way you clearly pressurise the staff and it comes across in your stores you were lucky we soentba penny in there...I would suggest softer approaches in these modern times!
