Dreams - Brighton

Overall very happy with quality of mattress and bed frame and help received. Price was not as low as we had hoped for mattress, but bed frame was very good value.

1) Beds were not arranged by firmness - the colour coding pillows instead were reference to pocket sprung etc 2) The systems the cashier used were not intuitive to the cashier. A screen glitch beyond the cashiers control happened more than once as I watched.

Colleagues were perhaps a little too attentive - we could have done with a little more time and space (although they were very polite and went away to give us time again). The price fo some of the options was surprisingly steep - for example the ottoman version of the bed we bought was an extra £300, and it fifn't really seem like good value.

No real problem except that we wanted a 4'6" Pippa bed originally and the delivery time was around 4 weeks which I think is a little too long considering the popularity of the range.

I was satisfied , we were pleased with our experience in the store and the staff were all very helpful. We would use this store again, I did not say highly satisfied yet, I will see how good the delivery is etc and will give you another review then. Kevin who served us was very friendly and efficient so far so good.

Could not give an exact time for delivery and one item could not be supplied for several weeks so had to choice a different available bed

Items for sale were slightly more expensive than elsewhere, but combination of goods outweighed this

Sales assistant could be more enthusiastic but a very nice chap Order process to far too long, I had to repeat information that computer could have stored

Generally find the actual price of beds as expensive this is general not just at dreams

I was very dissapointed about delivery arrangements. Both my wife and I work and in order to have over £500 pounds worth of goods delivered i was forced to pay an additional delivery fee to have my purchase delivered on a Saturday.
